In these events, several general rules ensure fairness and consistency. Each company category boasts a uniform number of nominees listed on the Shortlist. Moreover, only one representative from a company is allowed to participate in the Judging Panel. To uphold fairness, any judge associated with a company on the Shortlist can only vote in categories where the said company is not nominated.
